摘要:随着社会的发展和企业竞争的日益加剧,秘书工作的重要性越来越受到重视。但由于秘书角色的特殊性和各种社会原因等因素,在现实工作及秘书行业中,仍然存在不少因性别差异造成的企业用人不公,甚至存在性别歧视的现象。本文通过对秘书职场中性别比例现状调查与分析的基础上,进一步探讨性别差异在秘书现实工作中的影响及优劣势表现,并进而思考,提出了相应的对策,希望有助于企业单位树立正确的用人观念和合理的用人方式,选择优秀的秘书人员,达到社会资源的有效利用。同时,也能对秘书从业人员今后的择业有所帮助。

Abstract: With the development of society and enterprises competition intensifies day by day, the importance of the secretarial job is paid more and more attention, the Secretary has become leadership. But it is because of the role of the secretary specialty and various social causes, in real work still exists in many because of sex differences for enterprise unjust, even in the presence of the sex discrimination phenomenon. In this paper through the secretary work in sex comparison investigation and on the basis of the analysis, to further explore gender differences in the Secretary of practical work and the effect of the advantages and disadvantages, and then thinking, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to help the employer to establish the correct concept and reasonable employment way, select excellent secretarial staff, to achieve the effective use of social resources. At the same time, also on the Secretary of practitioners of future career help.
