摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展,汽车这昔日的高端奢侈品已逐步走进平常百姓的家里,目前中国已成为世界最大的汽车市场。中国的汽车业兴起晚,虽然最近两年汽车制造业有飞速发展之势,但与之相配套的售后市场服务却显得跟不上发展步伐。我国汽车售后服务行业与发达国家的同行业相比,仍有很大差距,存在着很多问题,需要进一步分析和研究,因此面对新的形势和未来发展的要求,深入分析和研究汽车售后服务行业的现状和对策具有重要意义。

面对如国外企业的强烈竞争,我国的汽车售后服务业必须对国外先进的服务体系进行研究和学习,吸取现有成功案例的经验,不断改进和完善,建立起一套健康、可持续的服务体系,才能使我国的汽车售后服务业在巨大的商机中得以更加辉煌地发展。因此,对我国汽车售后服务业的发展进行综合的分析研究已经刻不容缓。

文中通过与国外汽车售后服务行业对比,以汽车改装为突破口,指出我国汽车售后服务目前所存在的种种问题。在此基础上提出对应的解决对策如规范服务标准,提高工作人员的整体素质;提供纯正配件,使服务质量和成本双重保证;提供先进的服务设施,提升和完善维修服务质量;定期进行客户回访,建立客户档案;多设服务网点,并尽力做到精细;加强各行业的沟通,提供完善的保险和信贷业务;召回是售后服务的一个延续;完善相关法律法规。

Abstract:With Chinese rapid economic development, cars which were the luxury once have gradually entered the home of the ordinary people, China has become the world's largest car market. The development of Chinese auto industry is so late, while the last two years the development of automobile industry is rapid, however, matched with the after-market services seem to lag behind the speed of development.

Chinese car service industry, compared with developed countries in the same place, there are still a big gap, there are many problems to further analysis and research, for the new situation and future development, the in-depth analysis and research in present situation and countermeasures of car service industry is important.Facing the great challenge from the overseas' enterprises, we must learn and study the overseas' advanced auto aftersales service system, gain the current successful experience, improve and set up a set of healthy, continuous service system.

Thus, the auto aftersales service in our country can develop greatly. In a word, it's time to study and analyse the auto aftersales development in our country. This thesis breakthrough in the auto conversion compare car service in foreign with car service in China that the problems currently exist. On this basis, advance the countermeasures as standardize services, improve the overall quality of the worker; to provide good parts, the service quality and cost double guarantee; provide advanced services, upgrade and improve maintenance service quality; instituting regular customers return , build customer profiles; more established service network, and try to be better; strengthen the communication, providing comprehensive insurance and credit; recall is a continuation of service; improve relevant laws and regulations.
