摘 要：中国人民币一直都面临升值的压力，近几年尤为突出。外汇市场变动情况历来都是国际金融研究中的核心课题，而证券市场特别是股票市场作为反映实体经济的主要窗口，二者的变动趋势在一定程度上影响着我国国民经济的发展。由于金融危机的影响，我国目前经济的发展要求是稳中求进，在国际贸易中，我国长期处于顺差地位，外汇储备的稳步增加，种种迹象都表明人民币仍然面临保持升值的可能。而作为金融市场中两个重要的组成部分，外汇市场和股票市场他们之间的关系一直以来都引起人们的重视。本文先回顾了人民币升值的概况，接着从理论上分析了人民币升值对证券投资的影响，而后分析了人民币升值对证券市场各个品种的影响，并得出了相应的结论。

ABSTRACT：Chinese yuan has been facing pressure to appreciate, especially in recent years. Changes in the foreign exchange market has always been the core issues in the international financial research, securities markets, particularly the stock market as the main window to reflect the real economy, the two movements in a certain extent, affect the development of national economy. Due to the impact of the financial crisis, China's current economic development requirements is steady and King, in a surplus position in international trade, China's long-term, steady increase in foreign exchange reserves, the signs are that the renminbi is still facing possible to appreciate. As the two important part of the financial markets, foreign exchange and stock markets, the relationship between them has been aroused people's attention. This article is the impact on the securities market for the past 10 years the appreciation of the renminbi, this effect is broken down into various industries and concluded on this basis.
