摘 要：经济发展战略是经济发展的重要指示，策略者应结合当地实际情况，契合好经济发展模式，才能使经济发展战略发挥其最大的作用。
本文则通过对新中国成立后各界领导人的经济发展战略的研究分析，进一步加深学习了经济发展战略的相关知识，通过对温州模式等几个典型的地方经济发展模式进行分析比较，也对经济发展模式有了进一步的了解；再结合重庆为例，分析总结了直辖后，各界领导人的不同发展战略，结合重庆的市情，客观分析了这些战略在发展中所起的作用；最后按照工业化、城市化、内陆开放化三种经济模式，结合当时的政治、时事背景，分析他们的契合点，也提出了一些改进措施.作者通过对经济发展战略以及其与经济发展模式的契合研究，以重庆为研究对象，对重庆市的经济发展状况进行了归纳分析，总结出相关特点，也做出一些参考意见。
本文使用得最多的就是比较分析法：新中国成立后各界领导人的经济发展战略、几个典型的经济发展模式、重庆市直辖后各界领导人的经济发展战略、三种模式的分析。我用比较的方式学一会二，对区域经济、经济发展战略、经济发展模式的学习由纯理论到结合实际例子，对知识有了更深刻、更系统的了解。

ABSTRACT：The strategy of economic development is the important guidance for the development of economic. The strategies would make the best use if the strategy makers should refer to the local actuality and accord with the model of economic development.
I mainly analyse all the strategies made by all the leaders after directly under the central government, learn more about the strategies. According to study the models such as the Wenzhou model, I get to know the model of economic more clear and deep. According to Chongqing’s strategies, I tend to learn more about the strategies also at last I tried to give my own advice about the industry,city,open model of Chongqing. This paper is studying on the conjunction with the strategy and the models of economic development. Based on Chongqing,I analyse and conclude the economic development to summarize its characteristics and some advice.
And in this paper, I use the method of comparative analysis most.Every China and Chongqing leader’s strategies, some typical models, three typical models of Chongqing. Among it,I get to learn more and get known about the regional economic, strategies of economic development, model of economic development beyond the theory.
