摘要:中国石油对外依存度从1993年成为石油净进口国后逐年增加,国内的石油生产供不应求,解决我国能源安全问题的有效途径便是石油行业对外投资。投资海外石油开采是适应全球化发展趋势，参与国际合作和保证我国石油安全的重要举措，有利于充分利用国内外市场、技术和资源。文章首先分析了世界石油资源分布和利用情况探索石油企业对外投资区域影响因素，然后结合我国石油企业目前对外投资区域现状，通过对我国石油企业的国外投资项目现状分析，得出我国石油企业对外投资时面临的几大问题，即优质石油资源少、石油企业效益不高、投资风险较大。针对目前海外投资的现状得出几点建议，战略性的选择投资区域；与欧美石油巨头建立战略联盟；提高我国石油企业自身竞争力。

ABSTRCT:Chinese dependence on foreign oil which became a net oil importer since 1993, with increasing year by year, but the domestic oil production in short supply, an effective way to solve our energy security issues is to invest the oil industry in overseas . Invest overseas oil exploration is to adapt to the trend of globalization, participation in international cooperation and ensure the safety of China's oil, it’s a good way to make full use of domestic and foreign markets, technology and resources. Firstly, the article analyzes the world's oil resources’ distribution and utilization, explore the oil companies influencing factors when they choose to invest overseas, and then combined with present China's oil companies’investment status when they choose the area to invest. According to China's oil companies foreign investment project status analysis, so as to find the China's enterprises are faced with several major problems when they invest outside, namely fewer high-quality oil resources, petroleum enterprise efficiency is not high, the high investment risk. For the current status of overseas investment there comes to some suggestions, use great strategic to choose the invest areas; to establish strategic alliances with European and American oil giants ; improve the competitiveness of China's oil enterprises .
