摘要:近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展和居民人均收入水平的提高,我国城乡居民对肉类产品的消费明显增加,其中禽肉消费需求持续快速增长。根据国家统计局数据资料显示,1985 年人均禽肉消费仅为1.55公斤,截至2012年底,我国人均消费禽肉量已达7.19公斤,相比1985 年增长了4.6倍,27年间年均增长6. 32%,远远快于猪肉1. 6%和牛羊肉4%的年均增长速度。

   我国家禽产业在解决“三农”问题、优化农业生产结构和满足人民群众对肉类产品需求方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。这些都促使我国家禽行业迅速发展,根据国家统计局的资料显示,1990年我国禽肉产量仅为322.9万吨,2012年的禽肉产量已经达到1698万吨,增长了5.3倍。

   需求带动供给,禽肉供给的增长又促进了这个行业的发展,最终巩固并加强了其国际地位。可是,加入世贸组织以来,中国的农产品尤其是禽肉产品的出口贸易情况却不乐观。食品质检安全问题始终是困扰着我国立足国际贸易舞台的一大方面。

本篇文章分析了我国禽肉行业进出口现状受到国际环境和国内环境的影响,我国禽肉行业国际市场仍待开发,我国的禽肉类行业生产加工企业规模小,产业化集约化程度低,加工与营销能力薄弱,食品安全问题时有发生,国际竞争力不强。分析国内外的原因,主要有国际技术性贸易壁垒,外国食品安全标准不断提高,受到巴西等禽肉大国的竞争,同时国内设备技术落户,认证体制不健全,贸易结构不合理。以山东诸城外贸公司为例,分析该企业应对这些情况,采取的措施,总结成功的经验,从政府、行业协会和企业三个方面提出相应的对策建议,这些对于加强我国禽肉行业竞争力,促进行业整体发展壮大有着重要的理论和现实意义。

Abstract:In recent years, with the level of per capita income of China's rapid economic development and population increase, China's urban and rural residents consumption of meat products increased significantly, the sustained and rapid growth of poultry consumption demand. According to the data of National Bureau of statistics show, 1985 per capita poultry consumption is only 1.55 kg, as of the end of 2012, China's per capita consumption of poultry meat has reached 7.19 kg, compared to 1985 increased by 4.6 times, 27 years the average annual growth of 6.32%, with an average annual growth rate far faster than 1.6% of pork and beef and mutton 4%.

   China's poultry industry plays a more and more important role in solving "three agriculture" problem, optimize the structure of agricultural production and meet the people's demand for meat products. These urge China's poultry industry rapid development, according to the National Bureau of statistics data show that in 1990, China's poultry production is only 3229000 tons, in 2012 the poultry production has reached 16980000 tons, an increase of 5.3 times.

Demand driven supply, poultry supply growth and promote the development of this industry, and ultimately to consolidate and strengthen its international status. However, the accession to the WTO, China's agricultural products, especially export trade of poultry products is not optimistic. Quality inspection of food safety problem is always a big hand plaguing China based international trade arena.

   This article analyzes the current situation of international and domestic environment affected the import and export of China's poultry industry, China's poultry industry to develop international market, China's poultry industry scale of production and processing enterprises, industry intensive degree is low, processing and marketing ability is weak, the food safety problems occur, international competitiveness not strong. Cause analysis of home and abroad, the main international technical barriers to trade, foreign food safety standards continue to improve, by the Brazil and other poultry meat powers of the competition, while domestic equipment technology, certification system is not perfect, unreasonable trade structure. Shandong Zhucheng foreign trade company as an example, analysis of the enterprises to deal with these situations, the measures taken, summing up successful experience, put forward the corresponding countermeasures from three aspects of government, industry associations and enterprises to strengthen the competitiveness of our country, the poultry industry, has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the overall development of the industry growth.
