摘要:随着网络的飞速发展和计算机技术的日臻完善,电子商务的应用逐步扩大。进入新时期后,电子商务环境下,发达国家与发展中国家相互竞争,以求抓住机遇,寻求更大的利益。中国作为发展中国家,同样面临着电子商务带来的机遇与挑战。中小企业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,在我国的经济生活中具有重要作用。信息化时代来临之际,全球经济一体化的形势下,中小企业必须应用电子商务来改造企业的传统业务,更好地应对激烈的市场竞争。

   本文通过对电子商务和中小企业基本概念的解析,分析了电子商务对中小企业的重要性。然后针对长三角地区具体分析现状和优劣势。最后,基于上述分析,从政府、企业、第三方平台层面提出相应的对策,期望我国电子商务环境下的中小企业获得更好的发展。

Abstract:With the rapid development of Internet and computer technology improvement,the electronic commerce application gradually expanded. After entering the new era, under the electronic commerce environment, the developed and developing countries compete with each other, in order to seize the opportunity, seek greater interests.As a developing country, China is also facing the opportunities and challenges brought by e-commerce. Small and medium-sized enterprises is an important part of China's national economy, play an important role in China's economic life. The informational age is coming, small and medium-sized enterprises must adopt Electronic Business to rebuild the traditional operational process of them to face the drastic market competition.

   In this paper, through the analysis on the basic concepts of electronic commerce and the small and medium-sized enterprise, analyzes the importance of electronic business for small and medium-sized enterprises. Then in view of the Yangtze River Delta region to analyze the situation and the advantages and disadvantages of. Finally, based on the above analysis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the government, the enterprise, the third party platform level, so as to develop the e-business environment of China's small and medium enterprises better.
