摘要:随着现代电子技术的进步和电子商务影响力的迅速扩展，企业供应链追求对内整合资源和向外扩展的需求不断扩大，直接导致了第四方物流从传统的供应链管理中脱颖而出。第四方物流供应商作为作为有领导力量的物流提供商，通过整合最优秀的第三方物流供应商、信息技术服务商、管理咨询服务商和电子商务服务商等，为客户评估、设计、制定和运作全面的供应链解决方案，使快捷、高质量、低成本的物流服务得以实现，为客户创造更大的利润价值。企业选择合适的第四方物流进行物流运作，对于增强企业的竞争力和提高客户的需求都具有重要的意义。
本文就珠江三角洲第四方物流的发展情况，以及与长江三角洲第四方物流的对比为例进行分析，总结出珠江三角洲第四方物流的绩效和存在的问题，提出解决问题的对策。

Abstract:With the advances in modern electronic technology and e-commerce influence of the rapid expansion of enterprise supply chain integration of the pursuit of internal resources and the growing demand for outward expansion led directly to the fourth party logistics supply chain management from the traditional to stand out. Fourth-party logistics providers as a leading force as a logistics provider, through the integration of the best third-party logistics providers, information technology service providers, management consulting service providers and e-commerce service providers, etc. for clients assess, design, development and the operation of a comprehensive supply chain solutions that enable fast, high-quality, cost-effective logistics services to be realized, customer value and create greater profits. Choose the right fourth-party logistics companies to conduct logistics operation, for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and improve the customer's needs are of great significance.
In this paper, the development of the Pearl River Delta fourth party logistics, as well as the Yangtze River Delta as an example comparison of fourth party logistics analysis, summarized the performance of the Pearl River Delta and the fourth party logistics problems, propose solutions to this problem.
