摘要:建筑给水排水工程是城市建设中重要的基础设施项目,正确设计建筑给水排水工程有重大社会经济意义。本课题的主要目的是训练自己综合应用所学基础课、技术基础课和专业课知识,在教师指导下培养自己独立完成高层建筑给水、排水、消防及热水供应等设计的能力。

   本设计是某二十八层合肥市山水花都A2楼建筑给排水工程设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统、消防系统和热水系统四个部分。

   给水系统采用分区供水,低区负二到五层,由市政管网直接供水;中区六到十六层,高区十七到二十八层,采用高位水箱减压阀供水方式,由地下室的供水泵供水到屋顶的高位水箱,再由高位水箱向中、高区管网供水;排水系统采用的是污、废分流制,底层单独排水,排水立管设伸顶通气管,污水在经化粪池处理后排向市政污水管网;消防系统分消火栓给水系统和自动喷水灭火系统,其中消火栓系统采用水泵水箱联合供水。热水采用的是封闭式机械半循环系统,分区情况和冷水系统一致,冷水通过容积式水加热器集中加热后,再由提升泵供向配水管网;雨水采用的是外排水系统,雨水直接排向市政雨水管网。

   给水管和排水管分别采用PP—R管和UPVC管,消防系统和热水系统都采用镀锌钢管。

Abstract:Building water supply and drainage engineering is the important infrastructure projects in the city construction, is of great social and economic significance of the correct design of building water supply and drainage engineering. The main purpose of this paper is training his comprehensive application of basic courses, technical basic course and specialized knowledge, develop their own ability to complete the high-rise building water supply, drainage, fire and hot water supply design independently under the guidance of teachers.

   This design is the design of water supply and drainage engineering of a twenty-eight layer of Hefei city landscape flower A2 building, including four parts of water supply system, drainage system, fire system and hot water system.

   Water supply system using zoning, low area to the five floor, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly; the central six to sixteen layers, high seventeen to twenty-eight layers, with high water pressure reducing valve water supply mode, by the high underground tank water pump water supply to the roof, and then by the high water tank to water supply, drainage pipe network in the area; the system is used in sewage, waste diversion system, the separate drainage, drainage pipe is provided with ventilating pipes, sewage is treated in the septic tank back into the municipal sewage pipe network; fire control system of fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant system uses the water tank joint water supply. Hot water is used in closed mechanical circulatory system, partition and chilled water system, cooling water through the volumetric water heater heating, then the lift pump for the water distribution network; rainwater is used in external drainage system, rain water is directly discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network.

   Water supply and drainage pipes were used PP - R pipe and UPVC pipe, fire and water systems are made of galvanized steel pipes.
