摘要:时至今日，经济飞速发展，各行各业发展欣欣向荣，但随之而来的市场竞争力也越发严峻，不少经营不善的企业也在这残酷的市场竞争中被逐渐淘汰。由此可见，企业需具备一定的市场竞争力方能在这个残酷的现实社会得以立足。然而企业保证自身竞争力的关键在于企业控制运营成本的合理科学性，而库存成本则是其重中之重。其中，企业的存货占企业的库存成本相当大的一部分比例，从而直接关系到企业的资金占用水平以及资产运作效率。另外，企业存货库存管理的好坏也密切关系到整个公司的利益相关者，由此可见，企业存货库存管理的好坏对企业本身而言具有十分重要的意义。

　　　本文以企业库存管理基本理论为基础，以海达橡塑股份有限公司为研究对象，分析了该企业的存货库存现状，以企业库存方法，库存管理系统及人员的库存管理意识等方面作为切入点，从企业发现的存货库存问题出发，通过研究分析企业的存货库存问题成因，提出一些具有建设性的存货库存管理优化方案和决策，从而保证企业存货库存资金安全，保持资金持续的良性循环，使海达的经济效益最优利润最大化。本文对于其他同类型的相关企业也具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Today, with the rapid development of economy, development of all walks of life are thriving, but as a result of that market competition is more severe,  the enterprises which are not good at managing in the brutal competition in the market are gradually eliminated. Therefore, enterprises need to have a certain market competitiveness so that they can have a foothold in this cruel reality. However, the key to ensuring competitiveness of a company lies in the reasonable scientific enterprise cost where inventory cost is the priority among priorities. Among them, the stock of enterprise for the enterprise's inventory cost accounts for quite a large proportion, which is directly related to the enterprise’s level of using fund as well as the assets operation efficiency. In addition, inventory management also closely related to the whole firm’s stakeholders. therefore, inventory management’s quality is very important for the enterprise itself.

　　　Based on the basic theory of enterprise inventory management, taking Haida rubber Limited by Share Ltd as the research object, analyzes the present situation of the enterprise inventory, making the inventory, inventory system and personnel management inventory management aspects as a starting point.beginning from the point of view of inventory problem of the enterprise found, through research and analysis of inventory inventory problem enterprise, and this paper puts forward some constructive optimization and decision of inventory management, thus ensuring the enterprise’s level in funds of inventory secure, continuing to maintain a virtuous circle of funds, so that the economic benefit of optimal profit in Haida can be maximized. This paper also has referred value for other related enterprises of the same type.

　　　本文的研究思路很简单，先是以存货库存管理的基本理论为基础，随后结合海达存货库存管理的实际情况展开调查和分析，通过发现问题，分析问题，解决问题的逻辑顺序来展开描述。以海达内部大量真实可靠的数据资料为基础，辅以图表的方式为论文的顺利完成佐以保证。至于在研究方法上，首先是提出问题并从存货库存管理理论指导和实际情况两个角度来分析这些问题。随后以存货库存管理理论为指导，对海达的库存现状进行相应分析，找出海达存货库存存在的问题所在，并且找出出现这些问题的缘由，最后就这些问题的成因对海达出现的库存问题找出合理科学的解决方案。
