摘要:随着物流的重要性越来越多的被政府及企业所认识和接受，我国在物流研究领域投入，例如大量人力、物力、财力、制定了一系列的物流政策和国家标准，以推进物流业的快速发展。物流业的发展必然对高水平的物流管理提出现实的需求，而物流管理的核心和落脚点又是物流成本管理，鉴于我国物流业的发展现状，物流成本管理的研究还处于起步阶段。物流成本管理对物流成本的有效把握，利用物流要素之间的效益背反关系，科学、合理地组织物流活动，加强对物流活动过程中费用支出的有效控制，降低物流活动中的物化劳动和活劳动的消耗，从而达到降低物流总成本，提高企业和社会经济效益有重要价值。本文通过对国内外物流企业成本管理现状的了解，对物流、物流企业、物流成本的界定以及对作业成本法的阐述，结合我国物流企业存在的问题和我国物流业的发展趋势，提出了我国物流企业从战略成本管理思想，到加强隐性成本控制和作业成本法几个方面相互作用的物流成本管理模式。
本文以广州宏达物流有限公司为实例，研究了广州宏达物流有限公司成本管理方面的现状，分析了公司成本管理的问题及解决对策。通过对广州宏达物流有限公司成本管理存在的具有普遍性的问题研究及相关问题对策模式的研究，以期实现解决我国物流企业普遍存在的共性问题的解决模式，从而达到提高物流企业整体效益、加快我国物流企业全面快速发展的目的。

Abstract:In this these ,through the understanding of the domestic and international logistics enterprise cost management present situation, the explanation to logistics, logistics enterprise, the definition of the logistics cost and the activity-based costing method, with the China's logistics enterprise existing problems and the development trend of the logistics industry in China, putting forward the logistics enterprises of our country from the strategic cost management thought to strengthen the recessive cost control and operation cost method several aspects of the interaction of the logistics cost management mode.
