中小企业融资障碍及对策探析.doc

摘要:本文针对我国中小企业融资难的问题，指出中小企业内部的问题，银行对中小企业“歧视”的问题，政府的不作为问题是我国当前中小企业融资障碍的主要原因，提出可以通过中小企业自身的改革、政府的政策帮助、银行的政策放宽，国外的成功事例借鉴等途径，以便从根本突破中小企业融资难的问题。

Abstract:This article in view of our country small and medium-sized enterprise to finance the difficult question, pointed out that the small and medium-sized enterprise internal problems, the bank to the small and medium-sized enterprise" discrimination" problem, the government as the issue of financing of SMEs in China is the main obstacle of reason, proposes the reform of oneself of medium and small businesses, government policy, banking policy to help relax, international success stories from pathways, to a fundamental breakthrough in financing of small and middle enterprises.

　　　中小企业的发展是我国经济发展的大势所趋，是我国与世界经济接轨的必经之路，中小企业必须开拓视野，所以中小企业的发展不容忽略。通过这次的论文研究，找到了可以改善中小企业融资难的渠道：

（1）中小企业通过改善内部管理和诚信的问题可以缓解中小企业融资障碍的问题。

（2）政府通过制度的改变可以改善中小企业的信用保证问题。

（3）银行通过对中小企业融资政策放宽的改革可以改善中小企业融资的难的问题
