摘要:科技型中小企业经过20多年的发展，已经成为支持国民经济发展的重要力量，在扩大就业、提高产品的科技含量及增加出口贸易方面都发挥了积极重要的作用。然而，纵观科技型中小企业的发展现状，大量中小企业，尤其是高科技、创新型企业缺乏在国内资本市场获得直接融资的渠道，融资难已经成为影响这一类企业发展的一个亟待解决的问题，其中比较突出的是科技型中小企业融资难的问题。为解决这一难题，学术界进行了一系列的探索，所提出的观点繁多。
本文通过对近两年来学者对科技型中小企业融资问题的研究文献的归纳整理，以深圳科士达科技股份有限公司为例对其融资现状进行分析,发现目前公司在融资方面存在着融资渠道单一、周转资金不足、筹资成本高的问题，出现这些问题有公司自身的原因，该公司是科技型企业，它的发展特点会导致企业在融资方面受到阻碍，同时公司管理制度的不健全也是出现融资问题的重要原因。当然除了内部因素外，也有银行和政府方面的原因。本文从公司自身、银行、政府三方面提出了一些解决问题的建议，希望对解决科技型中小企业融资问题的进一步研究有所帮助。

Abstract:Science and technology small and medium enterprise after 20 years of development, has become an important force to support the development of the national economy, it plays a positive and important role in expanding employment, increasing the technological content of products and increasing export trade. However, throughout the development actuality of technology-based small and medium enterprises, a large number of small and medium enterprises, especially high-tech and innovative enterprises, lack direct financing channels in the domestic capital market, the financing problem has become an urgent problem affecting the type of enterprise development, the financing problem of the tech SMES is more prominent. In order to solve this problem, academia conducted a series of exploration and put forward the views of various.
In this paper, according to collate and analyze the research literature scholars in the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology in the past two years. Shenzhen KSTAR science and technology co., ltd as an example were analyzed the financing situation and found that the company has the single financing channel, lacking of working capital and the high cost of the problems in financing. these problems with the company’s own reasons, the company is a science and technology enterprise, the characteristics of its development will lead to hampered enterprise in financing, the company’s imperfect management system is the important reason of the financing problem . Of course, in addition to the internal factors, there are reasons for banks and the government. This paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem from the three aspects of company, bank, government, hoping to be helpful to the further study to solve the financing problems of technology-based SMES.
