论中小企业固定资产的管理问题.doc

摘要:固定资产作为企业进行生产经营活动的主要劳动资料,固定资产的数量、质量和技术结构决定着企业生产能力的高低,也标志着国民经济的物质基础和技术发展水平。固定资产的管理作为财务管理工作的重要组成部分之一,可以把它当作是一种过程，而不是结果。会计人员通过对固定资产的管理活动、日常记录和计算分析，来提高资产的有效利用率，减少资产的无谓损失，提高资产使用效率,使资产保值和增值，为企业取得良好的经济效益，促进企业健康而长远的发展，最终达到固定资产的效用最大化。本文通过结合实际找出固定资产管理在中小企业中的存在相关问题, 对固定资产管理问题和意义进行分析和总结。

Abstract:The equipment as the mind working material of a corporation for producing and managing activities, the amount, quality and skill frame of the equipment decided the ability of producing, also the symbol of the substance basic and skill development of our country economic. At the same time, the manage of equipment as one of important part of the financial manage work, it must be a process, not a result. The accountant through the manage activities, normal record, calculate and analysis of the assets, to enhance the using availability and reduce the meaningless losing, in order to improve the efficiency of using assets, and keep the value or even increment, help the corporation to get a good benefit, promote a further development, finally get the most avail of equipment. This article combine the practice to find out some relate questions of the equipment manage from medium-sized and miniature corporation, analyze and sum up the manager of corporation and its meaning.

企业对固定资产的管理的重点是对企业现存固定资产的相关管理，其管理质量基本上决定了企业对固定资产实施管理的总效果。综上所述,当前生产企业在固定资产管理中还是存在着一定的问题,这不仅影响了企业生产、经营、管理效率的提高,而且也阻碍了其股东财富最大化或企业价值最大化目标的实现。鉴于此,在目前中小企业的固定资产管理中，应在总结以往较好管理经验的基础上，各中小企业应从各自自身实际出发,如上所述加强固定资产的管理理念,提高监督力度,强化固定资产的管理程序,克服管理中的不足之处，加以改善，健全固定资产管理制度，从而提高固定资产的使用效率，为企业正常经营活动提供保证,创造更大的价值。
