探讨加强中小企业现金流量管理的必要性及措施.DOC

摘要：现金可以说是企业的血液，是企业最重要的资源之一。现金以其优秀的流动性，常常作为企业偿债能力评价的重要指标，也是企业确保商品流通、企业运作的必要资金。而其中中小企业因其规模小、融资手段有限、抗风险能力弱的特点使其对现金的依赖性大大增加，保证现金流的畅通是中小企业立足之根本。近年来，中小企业在我国经济体制改革的的大环境下迅猛发展，在我国经济发展过程中起着越来越重要的作用。本文就以中小企业的情况对现金流量管理的必要性及措施进行探讨。

Abstract：Cash can be said is the blood, is one of the most important resource of enterprise. 现金流管理是财务管理的核心内容，对其进行管理优化研究对各行各业具有比较现实的指导意义，特别是现金流量管理相对比较混乱和缺乏的中小企业。反观我国当今经济环境，经济泡沫仍未能平息，企业投资存在跟风等盲目现象，受外环境和供需关系的影响，容易造成资金周转减慢甚至中断等现象，加之中小企业自身规模较小、筹资能力有限的特点，容易造成企业的经济困难，这反映出中小企业在现金流量管理方面的不重视和管理机制的缺乏。本文罗列了中小企业在现金流量管理中普遍存在的不足之处加以分析，并针对中小企业的特点提出几点现金流量管理的加强措施。提倡加强现金流量管理以推动企业的良性运转，为企业带来更多发展机遇与活力。
