摘要:随着市场经济的发展，企业竞争的加剧，会计职能的要求越来越高，谁能迅速的获得更多有价值的信息，谁就可以及时的做出决策，在竞争中抢得主动权。通过了解，使用手工做账的企业占了近乎9成，而使用电脑软件——用友、金蝶记账的企业只有剩下的一成。足以证明Excel软件的运用在那些手工记账的企业是不可或缺的。

　　　从古老的结绳记事到现在的电脑记账，随着经济的发展与经济的复杂，财务软件逐步系统、全面起来。我国的大小企业数之不尽，几乎所有的企业都涉及筹资、投资、经营、分配等财务活动，就必然离不开数据的整理、记录、分析 ——Excel则具备最简单同时也是最全面的功能

　　　本文针对Excel在财务管理中的应用。基于现今大多数企业做账都离不开财务软件，而Excel是功能强大、操作方便、使用最多的财务软件。本文拟根据Excel在财务管理中的重要性以及如何应用为研究对象，在体现Excel软件对财务管理有何帮助的同时进而揭示它们之间的联系是相辅相成。
