珠江三角洲中小企业内部控制相关问题的探讨.DOC

摘要:珠江三角洲中小企业是广东地区也是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，对繁荣经济、满足社会需求、促进就业、保持社会和谐稳定发展起着不可替代的作用。然而中小企业内部控制所存在的不足和缺陷，又制约着中小企业的生存与发展。特别是自2008年国际金融危机以来，一大批中小企业陷入了困境，凸显出珠江三角洲中小企业在内部控制上的弊端。解决中小企业内部控制问题是促进其健康发展的关键。

　　　所以，建立和完善中小企业的内部控制制度，是具有与大型企业同等重要的意义。本文旨在对当前珠江三角洲中小企业内部控制上的通病进行研究和探讨，揭其根源，然后针对其存在的问题，提出完善中小企业内部控制的建议和对策。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) play an important role in the prosperity of economy,meeting social demand,promoting employment,maintaining the development of social harmony and stability.However,the deficiencies of internal control restrict the survival and development of SMEs.Particularly,since the international financial crisis in 2008, a large number of SMEs get in troubles,and exposing the disadvantage internal control of the SMEs.Solving the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises internal control is to promote their healthy development of the key.

　　　Therefore,to establish and improve internal control system for SMEs,is as significant as the large enterprises.This paper researchs and discusses a common problem to the present internal control of our small and medium-sized enterprises,exposing its roots,and then puts the SMEs to improve internal control of the suggestions and countermeasures for the problems.

　　　珠江三角洲中小企业是一个最具有创新活力、最具变化特性、不可忽视的群体。随着中国特色社会主义市场经济的发展，珠江三角洲中小企业在国家经济发展中扮演的角色也越来越重要。然而，与大型企业相比，中小企业市场竞争能力弱、产品与服务在行业和地区都不占主导地位。纵观整个珠江三角洲的经济市场，许多中小企业好不容易在竞争激烈的市场中发展壮大起来，但又很快倒下，其关键原因体现在风险防范能力差。究其根源，还是在于中小企业的内部控制上。所以，完善中小企业内部控制对珠江三角洲中小企业的生存和发展就是多么迫切和重要。

　　　本文的研究对象是珠江三角洲的中小企业，主要以工业企业为例。中小企业对繁荣经济、满足社会需求、促进就业、保持社会和谐稳定发展有重要作用。由于许多中小企业的内部控制问题非常突出,进而阻碍了中小企业的发展。所以，解决中小企业内部控制问题是促进其健康发展的关键。本文旨在对当前珠江三角洲中小企业内部控制上的通病进行研究和探讨，揭其根源，然后针对存在的问题提出完善中小企业内部控制的建议与对策。
