摘要:随着城市化、工业化进程的加快，农用耕地通过征收或征用变成城市建设用地的数量不断增加，越来越多的农民失去他们赖以生存的土地，失地农民的数量陡然增加。当前，失地农民问题已成为一个全社会共同关注的热点问题。政府已经并且正在采取各种有效的措施解决这一问题，长远来看，有效实现失地农民的角色转换才是解决这一问题的关键所在。然而当前我国失地农民的职业转换还存在许多难题。
本文以重庆市沙坪坝区曾家镇安置区为例，旨在通过社会工作的专业角度，结合社区工作的三大模式，探求解决失地农民角色转换的新思路，借助社区工作方法为失地农民的角色转换提供支持，在物质生活有保障的基础上，丰富失地农民的精神文化生活，让他们得以实现由农业人口到非农业人口的转换，在此基础上为失地农民角色转换提供可操作性对策，让他们得以实现由农业人口到非农业人口的转换，适应现在的新生活。

ABSTRACT:Along with the speeding up of urbanization, industrialization, agricultural land by taxing or requisition number into urban construction land is increasing, more and more farmers lost their land, to the survival of the number of land-lost farmers and increasing.
