摘要：当今在这个娱乐化现象很严重的时代，各类有特色的娱乐性节目层出不穷，但如何在保持自身节目风格下有更大的发展、突破和创新，是一个很大也很重要的问题。本论文选择了台湾走过8年，依然保持收视长青的且有大批死忠粉丝的《康熙来了》为例来阐述。论文通过对节目中三个主持人各自的不一样的自身特点，以及这些特点的某个性质方面来具体阐述，剖析主持人的主持风格，讨论了这档节目的优势和劣势，以及对劣势方面提出了一些我自己的建议，从而使这档娱乐节目更好地发展，也是对内地娱乐节目借鉴成功台湾节目起一些帮助和指导的作用。

Abstract: Today in the entertainment phenomenon of very serious times, all kinds of unique entertainment programs after another, but how to maintain their own style of the program, the greater breakthroughs and innovations, is a very big and very important issue. The papers choose to Taiwan through the eight years, remained ratings evergreen and a large number of loyal fans "Kangxi" as an example to illustrate. Papers by the three presenters for the program of their own as their own characteristics and specific elaboration of a nature to these characteristics, the analysis of the host hosting style, discussed the strengths and weaknesses of this program, as well as on the disadvantages some of my own suggestions, so that this file better entertainment, but also learn from successful programs from Taiwan since the role of some help and guidance on the mainland entertainment.
