摘 要：从2008 年《新闻 1+1》节目开播以来，便引起社会的高度关注，收视率位居前列，并且大受好评。《新闻 1+1》节目能够及时、全面地为公众带来第一手资讯和全面公正的评价。为何《新闻 1+1》节目能够得到社会以及人们的高度关注和认可？这是值得我们研究和深思的问题。《新闻 1+1》节目打破了传统的新闻播报旧机制，及时向观众展示当天新闻事件原貌，以主持人和及新闻观察员的评论的形式为观众深度解读事件真相，再加上新闻直播的形式，更有利于新闻本身的时效性以及对新闻事件进行客观地分析和评价。
本文通过文献研究法与分析归纳法，从节目的选题，主持人，内容，形式等方面进行分析。为电视新闻评论节目的创新探索出一条吸引观众的道路，并且由此得出，我国电视新闻评论节目的发展与改革趋势。这样才能更好地对电视观众进行传播。为我国的电视新闻评论节目的创新，提供更加完善的理论和思路指导。

Timely displayed the original news events. The anchorman and the news inspectors try to explain the truth of the event for the audiences. All these can help timeliness of Hard News and analyze objectively the news event happened currently.
This article through the literature research and analysis of the inductive method, from the program selected topic, the host, content, form and so on, were analyzed. For the new commentary program to explore an audience road..Thus China television news program of reform trend comments. So they can better on the TV viewers spread.
