新农村信息平台建构中农民工的传播功能解析(某村为例).doc

摘要:在城市文明建设过程中，农民工扮演着双重的传播角色，包括“受者”与“传者’两个方面，他们通过自己的行为方式影响了身边受传统思想禁锢的农村人和农村社会，在物质文化和精神文化方面都对新农村信息平台建构起着促进作用。文章通过调查保山市潞江镇赧亢村农民工情况，探讨该村农民工对新农村信息平台传播的作用，找出制约农民工信息传播的因素，再此基础上提出相应的解决对策，充分发挥农民工舆论领袖的传播作用，从而推动新农村信息平台建设。

Abstract:In the city civilization construction process, migrant workers play a dual communicating role, Including of “recipients” and “pass” two aspects. They influenced the traditional of rural society and rural people through their different ways. They have been playing an exemplary and promoted the role of constructing the culture of rural information platform in material culture and spiritual culture. The author show the situation of migrant workers pass investigating the situation from Nankang Village, Lujiang Town, Baoshan City, and discussing the village of migrant workers to the new rural information platform the function of communication. At last, finding out the restrict factor of migrant workers transmissing information. The most important is to promote the new rural information construction.

　　　农民工不仅对新农村建设起到了至关重要的作用，最重要的是农民工成了新农村信息平台搭建的桥梁。提高农民工各方面的素质是必然的要求，当然这不仅要依靠外界环境的影响，包括大众传媒价值观的改变，而且还需要农民工自身素质的提高，也需要政府的努力，只有三者的统一结合，才能实现农民工信息传播功能的最大化发挥。也只有这样才能实现农民工的传播功能在新农村信息平台建构中发挥最大的效率，同时促进社会主义新农村建设。
