摘要:文化创意企业最为核心的东西是创造力,其实就在于人的创造力以及最大限度地发挥人的创造力。创意是产生新事物的能力,这些创意必须是独特的、原创的以及有意义的。文化创意企业就是一种以人的自身创造力为核心竞争力的企业,创意经济是文化创意产业的本质。联合国教科文组织认为文化创意产业包含文化产品、文化服务与智能产权三项内容。

   我国的文化创意企业与国外成熟的文化创意企业相比,呈现出规模小、竞争力弱、政策支持与引导不足等特点。经济全球化是世界经济发展的大趋势,我国的文化产业必须要更加开放,来迎接更多机遇和挑战。在深化文化体制改革的前提下,文化创意企业应当从提升品牌竞争力,开拓融资渠道,建设专业人才队伍这些方面进行探索。

   为了找到中小文化创意企业的发展出路和对策,尤其是针对无锡范围内的中小文化创意企业的发展对策,本文将通过分析文化产业大环境、中小文化创意企业发展现状、问题和对策等来探索中小文化创意企业的发展如何走出现实困境。

ABSTRACT:Creative enterprise culture at the core of things is “creativity”, actually is human creativity, and maximizes people’s creativity. "Creative" is the ability to produce new things, the ideas must be unique, original and meaningful. Enterprise is a kind of creative culture with their own creativity as the core competitiveness of enterprises, "creative economy" is the essence of cultural creative industry. The United Nations educational, scientific and cultural organization that cultural creative industry contains three content of cultural products, cultural services and intellectual property rights.

   Cultural creative enterprises in our country compared with foreign mature cultural creative enterprises, presents a small scale, weak competitiveness, policy support and guidance, etc. Economic globalization is the trend of world economic development, China's cultural industry must be more open, to meet more challenges and opportunities. On the premise of deepening the reform of cultural system, cultural creative enterprises shall, from the brand competitiveness, expand the financing channels, the construction of professional talent team to explore these aspects.

   In order to find the development way and strategy of cultural creativity, small and medium enterprises, especially for Wuxi within the scope of the strategy of the development of cultural creativity, small and medium enterprises, this paper will through the analysis of the cultural industry environment, cultural creativity, small and medium enterprises development present situation, problems and countermeasures such as how to explore the development of cultural creativity, small and medium enterprises out of the show.

   文化创意产业是无锡经济的重要成分,而中小文化创意企业俨然成为文化创意产业中最具活力的部分。中小文化创意企业的发展是文化产业蓬勃发展的主要动力,但是,伴随着文化创意企业发展而来的问题也接踵而至:文化园区缺乏集聚效应、文化科技创新投入严重不足、风险投资渠道受阻、区域间同质化竞争严重等状况是制约无锡当地文化产业发展的主要因素。本文以这些问题为焦点,重点讨论以现有可行的方法来弥补这些不足,解决矛盾突出的问题,从而尝试能为解决无锡中小文化创意企业发展问题提出一些建设性的建议。
