摘要：清洁水产品出口与一个国家和地区的产品出口效益有密切的联系，通过改善清洁水产品出口可以提高出口效益，更好的促进经济增长。常州市作为江苏省水产经济的重头，自改革开放以来，常州市外向型经济取得了长足的进步，成为了江苏省的贸易大市。但是在出口贸易迅猛增长、出口结构有所优化的同时，我们应看到常州市水产品出口存在的问题，诸如：国际市场的限制、出口秩序混乱、水产品出口成本增加、常州政府对水产品出口的重视不够等等。因此，必须深入剖析常州市清洁水产品出口存在的问题和问题背后的深刻原因，并根据分析结果提出符合常州市特点的对策和建议，以达到促进常州市清洁水产品出口的目的，最终实现常州市出口贸易的可持续增长。

Abstract:Clean aquatic products export are closely linked with a national and regional export effectiveness,can improve the effectiveness of exports,promote economic growth by improving the cleaning fish exports.Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province Fisheries economy again,since the reform and opening up,Changzhou City,export-oriented economy has made considerable progress,Jiangsu Province,the trade the market.However,the rapid growth of export trade,export structure has been optimized at the same time,we should see the problems of aquatic products in Changzhou City,such as:the limitations of the international market,the export order and chaos, the increase in cost of export of aquatic products,Changzhou Government of aquatic products export inadequate attention.Clean aquatic products export export in Changzhou City,the existing problems and the profound reason behind the problem,therefore,must be a profound analysis of the results of the analysis put forward countermeasures and suggestions in line with the characteristics of Changzhou City,in order to achieve the purpose of promotion of Changzhou City clean aquatic products,and ultimately Changzhou City,the sustainable growth of the export trade.

　　　随着国际贸易和世界经济的迅速发展，常州市的水产品的出口迎来了很好的机遇，清洁水产品相比常州市传统的出口产品更具优势。但近几年我市的清洁水产品出口遇到越来越多的阻碍和压力。因常州市近年来清洁水产品的出口明显有下降的趋势，显然在此方面存在问题。伴随着产业的扩大和市场消费的不断成熟，我市的清洁水产品出口业进入了一个关键期。如何对未来的清洁水产品出口做出科学的发展策略和营销方式已经成为目前必须解决的一个问题。

常州市清洁水产品出口产业作为一个新型发展的产业，其发展有着较为巨大的空间，许多企业也渐渐开始发现清洁水产品出口其中存在的巨大利润，常州清洁水产品行业有着广阔光明的发展前景。但由于新型产业，各方面认识准备不足，也不可避免的存在许多的问题。如何把握这一新型产业，抓住脉门，取得产业的最大化出口利润，是需要各个出口企业，政府及有关行业统筹一致，发挥各个部分的有效作用，使其串联成一个优化的产业链，从而达到出口结构的完善和这个产业的蓬勃发展。本文在找出其存在问题的同时，对此作出分析，并提出了一些建议。希望能给予常州清洁水产品出口行业一些帮助，做出一定的贡献。
