河南信阳茶叶产业对外贸易所面临的问题及对策研究.doc

摘要:河南信阳以产茶而扬名，伴随着悠久的种茶历史，具有得天独厚的自然生态条件以及丰富的品牌资源。发展茶叶既是当地农民致富的主要项目，又是我国传统的重要出口创汇产品，有着广阔的发展前景。但是在茶叶贸易稳步发展的同时，我们应该看到信阳茶叶产业存在的问题，例如：面临技术性贸易壁垒，质量安全意识不强，监管机制不健全，缺乏政策、资金和技术支持等等。因此，必须深刻剖析信阳茶叶出口存在的问题和问题背后的原因，并据此提出针对性的对策和建议，以达到提高信阳茶叶国际竞争力的目的，最终实现信阳茶叶产业对外贸易的可持续发展。

Abstract:Henan Xinyang is famous for the production of tea ,which has a long history of tea,superior natural ecological conditions and rich brand resources.The main project development of tea is not only a local farmer rich,but also major export products of China's traditional,which has a very broad prospects for development.But in the rapid growth of export trade,we should pay attention to the Xinyang tea industry problems,such as: facing technical barriers to trade,quality and safety awareness is not strong, the regulatory mechanism is not perfect,the lack of policy, funding and technical support.So,we should deeply analyze the reasons behind the problems and issues of Xinyang tea industry,and n accordance with the characteristics of proposed countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of the analysis,in order to improve the international competitiveness of Xinyang tea,finally to realize the sustainable development of foreign trade of Xinyang tea industry.

信阳茶叶产业在出口贸易迅猛增长的同时，存在着一些不容忽视的问题，例如：面临技术性贸易壁垒，质量安全意识不强，监管机制不健全，缺乏政策、资金和技术支持等等。因此，必须深刻剖析信阳茶叶出口存在的问题和问题背后的原因，并根据分析结果提出符合其特点的对策和建议，以达到提高信阳茶叶国际竞争力的目的，最终实现信阳茶叶产业对外贸易的可持续发展。
