摘要:自江苏省实施“三沿”战略以来，连云港借助港口优势，迅速发展建设临港产业区，做大做强临港产业，对外招商引资，建设国际化标准经济开发区，成为苏北地区的区域经济中心。本文首先介绍连云港临港产业的概念，分析了连云港、港口以及临港经济发展的现状，重点介绍了柘汪临港产业区的发展状况，从中发现了连云港临港产业整体发展中所存在的问题，即港口条件的制约，与直接腹地连云港市的联动效应差，经济腹地市场不发达，港口资源关联度差，海洋资源开发利用不足及缺乏主导产业的支撑，产业类型不完整。紧接着又分析了临港产业发展对连云港外向型经济的影响，进一步发现了连云港外向型经济发展存在的不足之处，最后提出了解决临港产业发展问题应该实施的解决对策，就是要提升港口的功能，发挥港口的带动作用，提高资源利用率，拓展产业的发展空间，发展完善产业类型，最重要的是要取得政府的政策性支持。

Abstract:Since Jiangsu Province carried out the strategy of "developing three main ports along the eastern coast", with the advantages of the port, Lianyun port have built up the seaside industrial zone rapidly. Meanwhile, Lianyun port accelerates the pace of introducing foreign investment. Lianyun port wants to build an international standard Economic Development Zone and make itself becomes the economic center of the northern areas in Jiangsu Province. This thesis firstly introduces the concept of Lianyun port industries, and analyses the situation of Lianyun port. Secondly, author stresses the situation of industries in Zhewang development zone, and finds the problems of the Lianyun port’s industries, meaning the constraint of port conditions. The economic hinterland markets are underdeveloped, and the relation of port resources is poor. Followed by analysis of the port industrial development of the export-oriented economy in Lianyungang, further found that of Lianyungang export-oriented economic development, and finally countermeasures should be implemented to solve the issue of port industry development so that to let the port play the leading role; improve resource utilization, and expand space for development of the industry; well-developed industry type and the most important thing is to get the support of the Government's policy.
