摘要:法律和道德关注的是国家和集体的利益,广告关注的是个人的利益。所以它们之间的问题就是群体利益同个人利益之间的问题。这是一个从来就有,也从来没有得到过真正解决的问题,但是有办法使二者的关系变得更加缓和甚至是更加亲密。广告是为了广告主个人的利益(这里只说商业广告),法律和道德是为了国家和社会的利益,它们的利益一定不是完全相同的,这就产生了矛盾,这就是对抗的根本原因,但是二者又是相互依存的,谁离开了谁也不能存在,所以它们又是相互妥协的,就像谈判一样,这妥协的程度要看双方的筹码有多少。问题从本质上来看就简单得多了,然而实际操作的各种事情不观察历史不能得到证明,不观察现实不能得到证明,不观察未来不能得到证明,这就是所谓的实证主义,也是所谓的实践是检验真理的唯一标准。

Advertising for advertisers personal interests (here only say commercials), legal and moral is to the interests of the state and society, their interests are not necessarily identical, which leads to contradictions, which is the root cause of confrontation, but but the two are interdependent, who left who can not exist, so they are also mutual compromise, like the negotiations, which depends on the degree of compromise of both how much chips. From the Essentially the problem is much simpler, but the actual operation of the various procedures and methods can not be proved without observing the history, can not be proved without observing the reality, can not be proved without observing the future, which is called positivism, but also the so-called practice is the sole criterion for testing truth.
