外商直接投资对中国劳动力就业结构的影响分析.rar

摘要：外商直接投资(FDI) 影响中国劳动力就业结构主要通过两个途径：一是推进城市化发展的进程，促进劳动力非农化就业。农村劳动力脱离农业向非农产业转移，聚集于FDI集中区域，推动加快城市化发展。二是冲击了我国原有的劳动力市场制度，对促进我国劳动力市场制度的完善以及保持劳动力能够自由流动具有积极的影响。其结果是，外商直接投资由直接和间接两方面对劳动力素质的影响，通过溢出效应和刺激教育需求提高劳动力技能，促进劳动力技能结构升级。

　　　本文构建了一个两变量线性回归模型，选择1996年—2010年的相关数据为，进行了实证分析。外商直接投资(FDI)对劳动力就业结构(主要是劳动力技能结构)具有积极的影响。本文分析的政策含义是：在创新型经济发展阶段，继续吸收FDI仍然很重要，但要注意对FDI调节和管理，以充分发挥FDI提升劳动力技能结构的作用，不断优化提高技能质量的禀赋基础。

Abstract：Foreign direct investment (FDI) the impact on China's employment
