摘要:1987年4月肯德基快餐进入我国市场,揭开了我国现代快餐业的发展历程。之后我国快餐业在艰辛探索、不断进取中,获得了突飞猛进的发展。快餐业作为劳动力密集型产业来说,企业的员工就是企业的中心和灵魂,然而,人员流动的异常频繁使得员工流失这一问题也日益突出,越来越受到企业的高度重视;减少和防范员工流失关系到快餐企业的生存与发展,本文以肯德基为例,在对员工流失现象加以分析的基础上给出了一些现象原因并提出了一些减少与防范员工流失的对策。

Abstract:The KFC fast food entered into the Chinese market In 1987 April,which opened a modern evolution of the fast food industry.After difficult exploration, keep making progress, the fast food industry in China accessed to the rapid development.The fast food industry as a labour-intensive industry, employees of the enterprise is the business centre and soul,Members of the frequent movement of brain drain become a problem which is becoming increasingly conspicuous, and growing enterprise of a highly;To reduce and prevent loss of employee relations to the survival and development,in this paper,making the KFC as an example,on the basis of the analyses of the phenomenon of staff wastage and giving the reasons and making some countermeasures to reduce and prevent staff wastage.
