摘要:中小企业在广东经济增长和解决就业两个方面发挥着重要作用，但融资难长期困扰广东中小企业的发展，尤其是近几年来中小企业的融资难度加大后，将会成为制约广东中小企业进一步发展的首要原因。尽管在政策的支持下，中小企业的融资环境逐步改善，中小企业贷款增幅较为喜人，但仍未满足大多数中小企业的融资需求，中小企业融资难的问题近年来更加突出。文章结合广东中小企业融资资金来源缺乏、向银行贷款难、融资缺口大等现状，从内外因对其融资难进行深入分析，进而提出可行性对策。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in both economic development and employment in guangdong.But in the long term,financing has slowed down the development.Especially in recent years,it is getting hard to capital financing for these small and medium-sized enterprises,which will be the critical element to hamper the further development of small sized corporation.Although with the support of the policy,the environment for small and medium-sized enterprises’financing is gradually improving,and their loan is gratifying .However,it still not meets their financing needs,and this tough situation is becoming more obviously. The thesis combines with the current situation of the small and medium-sized enterprises in guangdong，such as lack of financing source, difficulty in getting loads from banks，large financing gap.Than I analyse their problem deeply from inside and outside and comes up with some feasible strategies．
