摘 要:从中国改革开放到重庆市直辖再到重庆两江新区以及西永综合保税区的设立，这一系列的大事件标志着重庆的发展在进行质的飞跃。重庆市实际外资利用(FDI)与进出口贸易的关系吸引了众多研究学者。本文从《重庆统计年鉴2008》和重庆商务部网站等资源平台搜集了1997～2012年共十六年重庆市实际利用外资的数据，进出口贸易总量数据，进口贸易总量数据和出口贸易总量数据。利用这些相关数据，对他们进行简单的对比分析，分析其增长趋势是否有共同特点，增长速度变化的快慢等。另外，重点对重庆市外资利用情况与进口贸易总量和出口贸易总量进行计量分析。涉及到的主要分析方法是建立实际外资利用总量（FDI）与进口贸易总量（IM）和出口贸易总量（EX）之间的函数关系。主要进行了计量经济学中的时间序列的平稳性检验，即单位根检验；协整检验；Granger因果检验。
本文通过对重庆市1997～2012年间FDI与进口贸易和出口贸易关系的研究，从而进行进一步的分析总结，对其中存在的问题进行针对性的解答。最后重庆市FDI与IM和EX之间存在的问题提出相关的建议。

ABSTRACT: From China’s reform and opening up to Chongqing’s direct-jurisdiction and later with the Liangjiang new area and Chongqing Xiyong comprehension bonded Zone be built up, it proved that Chongqing’s economy has an enormous transform. Chongqing’s FDI has attracted many researchers’ interest. In this passage, we got the FDI, IM and EX data from 1997 to 2012 from <Chongqing statistical yearbook 2008> and the Chongqing Bureau of Commerce website. We compare FDI to IM and EX to research the relationship between them and then make a briefly conclusion among them. What is more, we make a quantitative analysis to FDI, IM and EX. We build a metering method function model and then we have unit root test, co-integration test, Granger test and error correction model test.
Through the research on Chongqing’s FDI, IM and EX, we can make relevant summary. Aiming at those problems we put forward to many suggestions and reform scheme
