摘 要：中国的贸易摩擦问题逐渐成为影响世界贸易的重要性课题，WTO数据显示，截止2012年，中国已连续17年成为全球遭受反倾销调查最多的国家，连续6年成为全球遭受反补贴调查最多的国家。历次国际贸易实践证明，每当经济全球化顺利推进、世界经济处于较快增长时期，国际贸易摩擦案件相对减少；而在经济全球化遇到曲折、世界经济增长进入低迷时期，国际贸易摩擦案件数量就会上升。因此，对危机后的国际贸易摩擦研究具有重大的现实意义。2008年国际金融危机之后，全球各经济实体都遭受到了极大的冲击，经济大都呈现出低迷和缓慢复苏的态势。2012年美国大选，英国《金融时报》报道中，62%的选民支持对华贸易强硬，从此次事件中可以看出，中美之间的贸易摩擦问题愈发突出。本文在国内外研究基础上，通过对中美贸易摩擦新特点和对我国的影响分析，努力使中美贸易摩擦现状更清晰的表现出来。又就中美贸易摩擦最突出的双反问题，列举案例并加以分析，进一步加强对中美贸易摩擦缘由的认识，从而全面深入地对中美贸易摩擦问题的解决方式进行探讨，相应地提出有建设性的对策。论文提出，引起中美贸易摩擦的原因是多方面的，在普遍的经济和企业因素的基础上，本文特别对政治因素和消费行为因素进行了分析。相关对策方面，突出强调政府合作及推动市场经济发展等措施，以期推动中美对外贸易关系的健康、可持续发展。

ABSTRACT：China's trade friction is gradually becoming a significant subject that impacting the whole world trade. According to the WTO data,China has been the country which suffers the most anti-dumping for 17 years and anti-subsidy investigations for 6 years by the end of 2012.The previous international trade practice has proved that whenever the economic globalization advances smoothly, and the world economy is in the period of rapid growth, the international trade friction cases relatively reduced,and vice versa.Therefore, the research on post-crisis international trade friction has a grand practical significance. After the international financial crisis of 2008, the global economic entities are subjected to tremendous impact, the economic mostly presents downturn and slow recovery trend.In the American election of 2012, the financial times of Britain reported that 62% of voters support the strong attitude to China, which shows the growing Sino-US trade frictions.This article attempt to make the Sino-US trade frictions have a clear presentation by the analysis of the new characteristics and the influnces to China on the basis of the abroad and domestic researches. And focusing on the most outstanding dumping and allowance subject, the article gives an example to enhance the understanding of the Sino-US trade frictions, in order to discuss the solutions roundly and deeply, and then put forward some constructive countermeasures. The thesis shows that the factors of Sino-US trade frictions are various, on the basis factors of general economy and enterprise, the article gives a analysis specially to polity and comsumed behaviour. As to the relevant countermeasures, the thesis emphasizes the governmental cooperation and how to promote the development of market economy, so that push forward the health and sustainable development of China's foreign trade relations.
