摘 要：随着世界经济全球化的加速，各国之间的贸易关系日益密切。尤其是企业跨国投资也逐渐成为各国提升综合国力、企业提高核心竞争力的一种有效途径。随着改革开放以来中国的外商投资政策以及国内环境越来越完善，越来越多的跨国公司来华投资，中国已成为外商投资的热土，这对中国经济的增长与产业的推进起到了巨大的推动作用。与此同时，外商对华投资对国内产业带来的冲击不容忽视。本文分析了跨国公司在无锡地区发展的现状及特点，研究了跨国公司在锡投资战略的调整趋势，探讨了无锡政府提升跨国公司在锡投资质量的策略研究。当前，我们在利用外资方面已发展到一个新的时代，我们不仅要关注如何引进更多的外资，更要注重引进外资的质量，以达到有利于国内经济促进和稳定发展的作用。

ABSTRACT：With the development of the globalization of the world, the trade relations between the countries become closer. Especially the investment of foreign Enterprises is becoming an effective way for countries to enhance the national strength and core competitiveness. With the reform and opening up, and China's foreign investment policy and domestic environment is more perfect than before, more and more multinational companies choose to invest in China. Now China has become a hot spot for foreign investment, which has played a huge role in promoting China's economic growth and the advancement of the industry. At the same time, there are some unfavorable factors, such as foreign investment in China may bring some shock to the domestic industry. This text describe the investment characteristics of multinational companies in the Wuxi firstly, then study the investment strategy adjustment trend of foreign company, finally, we discuss how the Wuxi Government enhance the investment quality. At present, we have developed the use of foreign investment into a new era, we not only should focus on how to bring in more foreign investment, but also to focus on the quality of foreign investment in order to achieve to the stable development of the domestic economy. There are some theoretical value and important practical significance.
