摘要：随着我国经济结构的调整和产业工人队伍构成快速的变化，在我国各地工伤事故出现不断增加的趋势,职工与企业之间的矛盾加深,我国的工伤保险制度亟待完善。本文首先提出对解决完善工伤保险制度的必要性，通过对我国工伤保险制度在现行中存在的法律法立法层次低，工伤保险运行体系不健全，工伤保险程序存在的问题等等问题进行分析。针对这些问题，提出了加快立法推出新的法条法规，完善工伤保险制度运行机制，完善工伤保险程序等相应的改进措施，以期更加有效的建立一个完善的工伤保险制度，促进一个和谐良好社会的发展。

Abstract:Along with our country the adjustment of economic structure and industrial workers constitute the rapid changes, in our country inductrial injury accident appear constantly increasing, the staff and the contradiction between the enterprise deepen, our country of inductrial injury insurance system should be improved. This paper puts forward solutions to the perfect the necessity of inductrial injury insurance system, by inductrial injury insurance system of our country in the current law existing in the method of legislation low level, inductrial injury insurance operation system is not perfect, inductrial injury insurance program existing problems and so on problems are analyzed. To solve these problems, and put forward the new law and regulations to accelerate the legislation, perfecting inductrial injury insurance system operation mechanism, improvement of inductrial injury insurance program and the corresponding improvement measures, hoping to more effective to build a perfect inductrial injury insurance.
