论我国食品安全法律体系的完善.doc

摘要:近年来，我国食品安全现状不容乐观，频频发生的食品安全事故不仅使人的生命、健康受到威胁，而且给国家经济发展、政治稳定、社会安定带来干扰和威胁。然而，目前我国食品安全法律体系并不完善，不能有效地制止食品安全事故的发生。本文从完善我国食品安全法律体系的必要性出发，分析我国食品安全法律体系存在的主要问题，并借鉴外国食品安全法的成功经验，提出完善我国食品安全法律体系的建议。

关键词：食品安全；食品安全标准；风险监测制度；监管体系

Abstract:In recent years，China's food security is getting far from being satisfactory. The continual food industry accidents have not only imperiled people’s life and health,but also have disturbed and harmed the national economy, political and social stability. Nevertheless, China’s food safety legal system is needs to be strengthened at present,and therefore there are few effective preventive action.Starting from the necessity to complete China’s food safety legal system, this thesis dissect the main existing problems, and aims to put forward to some advice through taking examples from the successful experience in food safety laws of other countries.

　　　随着经济的迅速发展以及国民生活水平的不断提高，消费者对食品安全的关注度越来越高。然而，近年来频繁发生的食品安全事故暴露出我国食品安全法律体系存在许多不足之处。因此，完善我国食品安全法律体系具有非常重要的意义。完善我国食品安全法律体系需要结合我国的实际情况，采取健全我国食品安全标准体系和食品安全风险监测制度，完善我国食品安全监管体系等措施来完成。只有通过以上措施才能更好的完善我国食品安全法律体系，遏制食品安全事故的频繁发生，确保人民群众的生命健康权，保证社会的稳定。
