摘要:农药是农业生产的安全卫士,每年使用化学农药为我国粮食产物挽回许多由病虫害而遭到的损失,保障了我国粮食的供应,由此可见农药对我们生产生活的重要性。目前使用最为广泛的是有机磷、有机氯、氨基甲酸酯等为代表的有机类农药。有机磷杀虫剂是我国稻田最主要的农药,占所有使用农药的70%以上。其中,甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、敌敌畏、氧乐果、乐果、对硫磷、马拉硫磷、甲基对硫磷、毒死蜱等品种起着重要的作用。但农药的高毒、难降解、残留时间长给环境和人类的健康带来了很大的危害。因此,对农残的提取与检测方法进行研究,对制定农残检测标准具有重要意义,而有机磷类农药的提纯研究为实验标准品的制备提供了依据,从而降低了实验的成本。

   本毕业论文主要探究一种快速高效分离、检测云木香中甲基对硫磷和乙酰甲胺磷含量的方法。采用标准曲线法研究气相色谱检测,并得出最佳检测方法为气相色谱检测法。用丙酮作为溶剂,以超声波法提取,采用外标法计算出云木香样品中甲基对硫磷和乙酰甲胺磷的含量。为中草药中甲基对硫磷农残检测提供参考依据。

ABSTRACT:Pesticides in agricultural production of security guards, the use of chemical pesticides each year for our food products to restore many of the losses suffered by the pests and diseases to protect the food supply in China, we can see our production of pesticides on the importance of living. Is currently the most widely used organophosphate, organochlorine, carbamate, represented by organic pesticides. Organophosphate pesticides are the most important of rice pesticides, accounting for more than 70% of the use of pesticides. Among them, Methamidophos, Acephate, Dichlorvos, Dimethoate oxygen, Dimethoate, Parathion, Palathion, Darathion-methyl, Chlorpyrifos and other species plays an important role. However, highly toxic pesticides, refractory, residual long time to the environment and human health has led to great harm. Therefore, the extraction and detection of pesticide methods research on the development of standards for pesticide analysis is important, and organophosphate pesticides on the Purification of the preparation for the test standard provides a basis, thereby reducing the cost of the experiment. 

    The main thesis of a rapid and efficient explore the separate and detect the Parathion-methyl and Acephate in Aucklandia lappa Decne. Standard curve method for gas chromatography, and obtained the best detection method for the gas chromatography method. With acetone as the solvent, ultrasonic extraction, with external standard method to calculate the Aucklandia lappa Decne samples in the cloud of methyl parathion and Acephate content. Chinese herbal medicine in the detection of Parathion-methyl pesticide residues provide a reference.
