摘要:毕业设计是专业课教学的综合实践性教学环节,是对大学四年来所学内容的复习和巩固。应用所学的专业知识,熟悉有色冶金工业过程及设备的计算过程与方法,学会如何选择,应用,分析技术经济指标及各种数据,培养设计计算及查阅文献数据,整理资料的能力,提高识图和绘图能力,锻炼编写设计说明书的能力,提高应用电子计算机的技能。本设计主要包括工艺计算,设备的选择及定型,主体设备设计,设备平面布置,以及绘制出流程图,设备连接图,设备平面布置图,完成日处理30m3高温氯化收尘溶液回收有价金属车间的设计。

ABSTRACT:Graduate courses teaching the integrated design is practical teaching, is a four-year university to the content of the review and consolidation. Apply their professional knowledge, familiar with the process and equipment, non-ferrous metallurgical industry and methods of calculation process, learn how to select, apply, analyze technical and economic indicators and a variety of data to develop design calculations and literature data, collating information, raise awareness maps and graphics capabilities, the ability to exercise the preparation of design specifications to improve the application of computer skills.
