摘要：1978年改革开放以来，我国以经济建设为中心，大力发展社会主义市场经济，形成了以公有制为基础，多种所有制经济共同发展的局面。其中，民营企业在非公有制经济中占了一半以上，江苏、浙江以及东南沿海地区的民营企业凭借自身的优势，日益发展不断壮大，逐渐成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。随着社会经济、政治、文化的不断发展，竞争日益激烈，企业规模不断扩大，家族企业的发展瓶颈已初露端倪，即家族式的发展模式。纵观国内外人士对家族企业发展的研究，引入职业经理人管理，打破家族式传统发展模式，关注家族企业代际传承问题，重视信用建设等先进的管理模式成为家族企业可持续发展的必经之路。这些问题途径，在我国家族企业中能否引起足够重视并且充分运用，以及能否使其最后发挥出作用，这个问题是我国家族企业目前面临的急需解决的问题，也一直被家族企业家们和学者们热切关注。本文希望通过研究常州市绿洲纺织有限公司的发展模式，通过找寻、发现其值得发扬的优势和存在的问题，尝试寻找一套适合家族企业未来发展的模式。

Abstract：Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China develop the socialist market economy , form economic construction as the center based on public ownership, the common development of the economy and allowing diverse forms of ownership situation. Among them, non-public economy, private enterprises accounted for more than half of the private enterprise of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and southeast coastal areas with their own advantages. They are growing and development, quickly became an important part of our national economy. With the continuous economic development, increasingly external competition, gradual expansion of enterprise scale, the family business to continue to develop the bottleneck has been the gradual emergence of the family management style. Looking at the people at home and abroad on the development of the family business, to break the family management, attention to family business heritage, emphasis on the construction of credit, the introduction of professional managers and other advanced management mode into the family business the only way to achieve sustainable development. The way of these problems, the family business will attach importance to and make full use of and the use of how to make it play a role, which is the issue of universal concern of scholars and family entrepreneurs of family businesses face to be solved can not be avoided problem. This paper aims through the development mode of the Changzhou Oasis Textile Co., Ltd., by finding and found worthy to carry forward the advantages and the problems and try to find a suitable future development pattern of the family business. Family business is sometimes a highly efficient form of organization, is not most people think of low efficiency in the future economic development will continue to improve, innovate and grow and will not disappear, and the key to attention and solution good development of the various problems encountered in the process.
