网络媒体的舆论监督_公共事业管理.doc

摘要:网络已成为人们获得信息和发表言论的一个重要渠道，为普通民众提供了一条开展舆论监督的便捷通道。一方面，网络的开放性、匿名性,使得各种信息和观点能够自由地在网络空间得到传播，突破了空间限制,也更容易在较大范围内产生强大的舆论压力。媒体的舆论监督，有利于维护社会公众利益，有利于维护社会公正，有利于伸张正义、反对腐败。但是另一方面，网络舆论监督也是一把双刃剑，由于法律缺失、政府管理引导不力、信息失真等问题不断呈现，给社会带来了极大的危害。对网络舆论监督，应该有个全面正确的认识，不断地进行规范和正确引导，建立起有利于网络舆论监督的制度与途径，使“互联网”成为实现政治民主、建设政治文明及构建和谐社会的最佳手段。

Abstract:The network has become the people's access to information and expression，and it provides a convenient channel to carry out public opinion for ordinary people. On the one hand, Network openness, anonymity, making all kinds of information and ideas can be freely transmitted in cyberspace, breaking the space constraints, and easier to produce in the larger context of strong pressure of public opinion. Practice has proved that the media public opinion, is conducive to safeguarding the public interest, is conducive to maintaining social justice, the interests of justice against corruption. But on the other the Internet is a double-edged sword, because of legal missing, ineffective government guidance, information and other issues continue to show distortion, the network of public opinion also brings great harm to society. We should take a comprehensive and correct understanding for public opinion on the network, continue to regulate and proper guidance, and establish a system and the ways which good for public opinion on the network, and make “the internet” become the best means to become a political democracy and building of political civilization, and building a harmonious society.

　　　论文从网络媒体舆论监督的概念、特点、作用、存在问题以及解决这五个方面对网络媒体的舆论监督进行了宏观的研究，并且在每一方面都细致地分出了许多小的关键点，使得对其的了解更加深入。通过明确网络媒体的舆论监督的特点及功能，明白其由来和发展，分析其优势和弊端，了解其现状和问题，本人针对这些问题和缺陷，提出科学合理的建议，希望网络媒体的舆论监督能给大家带去更多的福利。
