摘要：舞蹈是众多艺术形式中的一种，其构成是多元素的，舞蹈技巧作为其中重要的组成部分之一，也是多元化的，形式多样的，不同舞蹈类别都有着其独具特色的舞蹈技巧。随着舞蹈艺术的不断发展,成熟舞蹈技巧在舞蹈中的作用也越来越被看重，常常被认为是舞蹈的重要表现手段之一，在舞蹈作品中如果能恰当使用舞蹈技巧，能够使舞蹈作品在呈现的过程中产生新颖,独特的效果，对于增强整支舞蹈作品的艺术感染力功不可没。同时，舞蹈技巧的恰当使用不仅能提高舞蹈作品的审美价值,而且也能很好的展现出它独有的风格特点。但是，舞蹈技巧的不恰当使用，有时候会起到相反的负面效果。通过本论文的研究讨论,试图对于舞蹈技巧有一个正确、全面的认识，努力让舞蹈技巧在舞蹈作品中发挥其艺术价值，推动舞蹈作品向更高层次发展，提升舞蹈艺术的内涵。

ABSTRACT:The dance is a comprehensive art, it is diversified. Dance skills are part of it. Dance technique, and each has its own characteristics, rich and colorful, each has its own characteristics in the folk dance dance skills.
