摘要:过去几十年内,由于铁电材料具有非常好的介电性、压电性和热释电性等多种不同的性质,以及其在动力学随机存储器、传感器、电容器和换能器等方面具有广阔的应用前景而吸引着越来越多的关注,由于其应用特性,如生长便利、费用低、性能稳定、易于与硅工艺整合等,是最被广泛研究的聚合物铁电材料。

    本文研究了浓度对P(VDF-TrFE)共聚物和P(VDF-TrFE-CFE)三聚物性能的影响。实验采用垂直提拉的方法制备铁电聚合物薄膜,采用的仪器是垂直提拉涂膜机,分别作出2%和4%的不同浓度的样品。利用量子效率测试系统研究薄膜的反射谱和透射谱,我们得出结论:P(VDF-TrFE)共聚物的透射谱分析得出浓度高的透射率高,而它的反射谱分析得出浓度高的反射率低。对P(VDF-TrFE-CFE)三聚物不同厚度条件下的透射谱和反射谱分析得出相同厚度的条件下,浓度高的反射率低。

Abstract:The past few years, ferroelectric materials have very good dielectric, piezoelectric, pyroelectric properties, and many kinds of different properties. They have a wide application prospects in the dynamic random access memory, sensors and capacitor transducer and attract more and more attention, because of its application features, such as growth convenience, low cost, stable performance, easy to integrate with silicon technology, etc, they are the most widely researched ferroelectric polymer materials.

   This paper studies the effect of concentration on the reflection spectrum and the transmission spectrum in P(VDF-TrFE) and P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) copolymer thin films. The experiment was completed by a vertical tiras coating machine and the concentrations of the thin films are 2% and 4% for P(VDF-TrFE) and P(VDF-TrFE-CFE) copolymer thin films respectively. By the quantum efficiency test of the thin films, we draw the conclusions:with the increase of the concentration the transmissivity increases for the P(VDF-TrEE) thin filmwith the same layers . While with the increase of the concentration the reflectivity  increases for the P(VDF-TrEE) thin filmwith the layers decreases. For  P(VDF-TrEE-CFE),with the increase of the concentration the transmissivity increases for the P(VDF-TrEE-CFE) thin film with the same layers .in the meantime with the increase of the concentration the reflectivity  increases for the P(VDF-TrEE-CFE) thin filmwith the layers increases.
