摘要：以古尼虫草为生产原料，感官鉴评结果为指标对古尼虫草咀嚼片的生产工艺进行了研究。古尼虫草咀嚼片的最佳生产工艺为：古尼虫草菌丝体粉添加量55%；香精添加量15%；柠檬酸添加量15%。对咀嚼片的活性成分进行分析，结果表明咀嚼片的多糖含量为；总核苷含量为。

Abstract:Production process of this experiment of Cordyceps gunnii pharmacological action and Cordyceps gunnii chewable tablets.
