摘要:档案工作在传承历史文化、服务经济发展等方面肩负重要的历史使命，随着计算机技术、多媒体技术、存储技术、扫描技术、互联网技术的飞速发展，传统的档案利用方式已经很难适应社会大众日益增长的档案利用需求，在这样的大背景之下，档案的网络化利用已经成为了时代发展的必然趋势。了解扬州地区档案网络利用的情况，根据调查结果对扬州地区档案的网路化利用做出相应的策略，对于扬州地区的经济、科研、教育、历史文化都有着极为重要的作用。此次调查采用了问卷调查法、网络调查法以及访谈法相结合的调查方法，调查的对象分为数字档案的利用者以及提供档案利用的数字档案馆，通过对档案的网络利用的人群年龄和知识水平结构的调查，对档案网站检索功能使用情况的调查，对扬州各个县市档案网站的建设情况的调查，得到了扬州地区目前在档案网路化利用中存在的问题，最终经过数据的分析，得到了扬州地区档案网络利用的策略。
