摘要:随着秘书工作的重要性日渐突出，现代秘书职能与传统秘书职能的差别越来越大。秘书队伍的不断壮大，工作范围的不断扩大，素质的不断提高，新技术的不断运用，使秘书更加全能化、专业化。所有这些都是秘书职能转变的一种体现。开展南京地区企业秘书职能转变的调查研究，正是以更加全面的、准确的角度去调查秘书职能转变的现状，研究秘书职能转变的原因，从而寻找应对秘书职能转变的途径。文中首先概括调查研究的背景意义，其次叙述调查的基本情况，包括调查的对象、方法、内容及过程，再者按一定的分类标准把调查的结果陈列出来并加以分析，最后，根据秘书职能转变的现状提出应对秘书职能转变的途径。正确理性地面对秘书职能的转变是企业秘书发展的前提，也是企业不断发展的前提。

In the article first summarizes the investigation and study the background significance, next narration investigation basic situation, including investigation object, method, content and process, furthermore exhibits according to certain classified standard the investigation result and analyzes, finally, the present situation which the function transforms according to secretary proposed should way which the function transforms to secretary.Rationally facing secretary the function changers, is correctly the premise which enterprise secretary develops, also is the premise which the enterprise develops unceasingly.
