摘  要:该文设计了一款用于无线遥控的电机调速系统。系统采用超低功耗MSP430单片机作为手持遥控装置,电机调速控制端采用STC12C5A60S2单片机,通过无线传感器nRF905进行电机速度与状态控制。AT24C02用于电机调速参数的存储,控制部分与电机驱动部分通过TLP521光耦隔离,电机驱动采用集成芯片L298,测速部分采用100线的光电编码器。遥控端与电机调速端分别配有1602和12864液晶来显示系统参数,4×4矩阵键盘作为系统输入设备。

   该系统采用无线传感器nRF905,其开放ISM频道,最高工作速率50kbps,高效的GFSK调制,抗干扰能力强,特别适合工业控制场合,传输距离可达到500米,并且可以工作在节能模式,配合超低功耗单片机MSP430实现遥控装置的低功耗。电机闭环调速采用自动控制领域很成熟的PID算法,实现电机调速的稳定性、精确性、快速响应,增大了调速范围。系统加入存储电路EEPROM,使得系统调节的参数可以保存,使整个系统更灵活,更人性化。 

   实验结果表明,该设计具有使用便捷、可靠性高、调速精度高、安装调试方便等特征,适合工厂一些控制危险或特殊的场合,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract: This paper designs a wireless remote controlled motor speed system. It uses Microcontroller MSP430 of ultra low power consumption as the handheld remote control device, Motor speed and states are controlled by the STC12C5A60S2 Microcontroller through the wireless sensor nRF905. AT24C02 is used to store motor parameters. The control and drive of motor are isolated by the light coupling unit TLP521. Motor drive adopts integrated chip L298, speed is measured by the 100 line of photoelectric encoder. The remote controller and motor respectively display system parameters with 1602 and 12864 with the liquid crystal. 4 x 4 matrix keyboard is used as system input device.

   The system adopts wireless sensor nRF905, which has open ISM channel with the highest rate 50 KBPS, efficient GFSK modulation, strong anti-interference ability is especially suitable for industrial control occasions and whose the transmission distance can be up to 500 meters, it can work in energy saving mode cooperated with low-power-consumption MSP430 Microcontroller to realize remote control device of low power consumption. Motor speed closed-loop control field by using automatic very mature PID algorithm, achieve the stability of the motor speed, accuracy, rapid response, and increases the speed range. System has storage circuit EEPROM, make the regulation of the system parameters can be saved, so that the whole system is more flexible and more humane.

   The experimental results show that the design is easy to use, high reliability, high speed precision, convenient installation and debugging, suitable for factory some control dangerous or special occasions, and has a good application prospect.
