摘  要:塑料制品在日常生活中应用广泛,注塑模技术己成为衡量一个国家产品制造业水平的重要标志之一。为了更好的了解塑料制品以及掌握所学知识,本文在参考大量文献的基础上,对饭盒盖进行模具设计,综合运用UG和CAD等软件设计出一套合理的注塑模具,主要做了以下几个方面的工作:

   (1)通过对饭盒盖的观察分析,从塑件的形状,结构初步画出三维图形,然后对塑件进行质量属性分析,尺寸精度的分析,确定塑件的材料,同时对塑件的成型工艺,性能数据加以分析。

   (2)对塑件的体积,质量进行分析,数据对比,确定注射机并进行校核,然后确定型腔数目,型腔的分布,分型面的设计。

   (3)对塑件的浇注系统进行设计,通过设计原则,主流道,分流道的设计,浇口的设计以及冷料穴和拉料杆的设计,排气系统的设计,对模具有关尺寸进行设计(包括型芯、型腔的尺寸计算等)

   (4)对模架进行选择,分析导向、定位机构的意义,对导柱进行选用,形成系统的合模导向机构,对复位机构进行设计,对脱模机构的有关尺寸进行设计,最后对冷却系统进行设计。

   (5)对模具的总装进行绘制,并绘制出具体的零件图并对工作过程进行分析

   根据塑料制品的要求,了解塑件的用途,分析塑件的工艺性、尺寸精度等技术要求,选择塑件制件尺寸。本模具采用一出二件,点浇口进胶,注射机采用海天160XB型号,设置冷却系统,CAD和PROE绘制二维总装图和零件图,选择模具合理的加工方法。附上说明书,系统地运用简要的文字,简明的示意图和计算等分析塑件,从而作出合理的模具设计。

ABSTRACT:Plastic products widely used in daily life, injection mold technology has become the measure of a national product manufacturing level one of the important marks. In order to better understand the plastic products and master knowledge, this article in reference to a large number of documents, on the basis of ice boxes for mould design, the integrated use of UG software such as CAD design and a reasonable set of injection molds, mainly do the following aspects of work:

   (1) Through the lunch-box coverof observation analysis, from the shape of the plastic parts, structure preliminary draw 3 d graphics, and then the plastic parts quality attributes analysis, dimension precision analysis, sure plastic parts material, at the same time for the plastic parts molding process, and performance data analyzed.

   (2) On the plastic parts of the volume, quality analysis, data comparison, determine the injection machine and checked, and then determine the number of cavity, the distribution of the cavity, parting surface design.

   (3) On the plastic parts of the pouring system design, through the design principles, the sprue, runner, gate design, the design and the cold slug well and pull rod design, the design of exhaust system for mold design, relevant dimensions ( including the core, cavity dimension calculation etc. )

   (4) The carrier selection, analysis of guiding, positioning mechanism of meaning, guide post, guide sleeve selection, formed the system of mold guide mechanism, the reset mechanism design of demoulding mechanism, the size of the design, the cooling system design.

   (5) Of the mold assembly drawing, and drawing the specific parts diagram and working process were analyzed.

   To understand the use of plastic parts in accordance with the requirements of the plastic products, analysis of the technical requirements of the plastic parts of the process, dimensional accuracy, select the workpiece size of the plastic parts. The mold using a four side gate feed injection machine adopts Haitian the 160XB models, and set a cooling system, CAD and PROE drawing two-dimensional assembly diagram and parts diagram, reasonable mold processing methods. Attach a manual, use brief text, a concise diagram and calculated analysis of plastic parts, in order to make a reasonable mold design.
