摘  要:本次毕业设计的题目是:油井刮蜡装置设计。此设计是针对于自喷井构思的一个机械自动刮蜡装置。刮蜡装置由地面提升绞车、井口防喷管、井内刮蜡器、井内加重件和程序控制等组成。由程序控制地面提升绞车的正反转,由钢丝牵引着油管内的刮蜡器作上下往复运动,将油管内壁结的蜡刮掉。用户只需设定刮蜡时间和刮蜡次数,就可利用该装置实现自动刮蜡。首先通过所学内容结合查找资料设想可行性方案,在进行分析,方案对比,选材,零件结构的设计,主要零件校核,以保证设计合理实用。此设计中地面提升绞车的设计最为复杂,是主要设计部分,其中零件多,因此对其进行了仔细的分析。最后设计出满足课题要求的一种机械自动刮蜡装置。

Abstract:The topic of this graduation design is: oil well paraffin device design. This design is for flowing well conceived a mechanical automatic scraping wax device. Paraffin device by ground hoist, wellhead lubricator, borehole scraper, borehole aggravating piece and process control, etc. By program control ground hoist positive &negative, by wire pulling scraper for reciprocating movement up and down within the tubing, the junction of tubing inwall proves the scrape wax. Users only need to set the time and the number of paraffin wax, to use the device automatically scraping wax. First information via the learned information combined with the feasibility plan, in the analysis, scheme comparison, select material, parts structure design, main parts, to ensure that the design is reasonable and practical. Ground in the design of the hoist in the design of the most complex, is the main part design, including parts, more so on the careful analysis. Final design could satisfy the requirement of subject a scraping wax mechanical automatic device.
