摘要:本文详细介绍了重金属污染及其危害,并对HMCA1捕集剂对Cu2+ 和Zn2+两种重金属的捕集效果进行了详细的研究。针对铜离子的特殊性质,我们采用了草酰二腙分光光度法,而对Zn2+我们采用了EDTA滴定法。

   草酰二腙分光光度法是通过测溶液的吸光度,然后根据所绘制的Cu2+的标准工作曲线来计算出溶液中的Cu2+。

   EDTA滴定法是在pH=5.5时,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定,二甲酚橙与锌离子生成紫红色络合物,当接近终点时EDTA夺取络合物中的锌离子,使指示剂呈游离态黄色,即为终点。通过记录EDTA溶液所消耗的量来计算Zn2+的量。

   本文先对实验设备进行了简介,对实验的步骤做了说明。然后对捕集剂进行捕集时的三种变量进行了仔细的推导与研究。包括捕集剂的添加量的不同,溶液的搅拌时间的不同以及捕集剂在不同pH下捕集效果的不同。

   实验最后,通过我们的数据研究,得出的结论如下:HMCA1的溶液对Cu2+捕集效果的最佳投加量为25mL,最佳搅拌时间为25分钟,最佳pH值为9;HMCA1的溶液对Zn2+捕集效果的最佳投加量为15mL,最佳pH值为10。

Abstract:this article elaborates on the heavy metal pollution and its damages, and studies the trapping result of Cu2+ and Zn2+ by using the tapping agent of HMCA1. Based on the special characters of Cu2+, we implemented Oxalic acid bis Spectrophotometric Method, however, we used titration method for Zn2+.

   Oxalic acid bis Spectrophotometric Method calculates Cu2+ of the solution by firstly measuring the absorbance of the solution, and then drawing the Cu2+ standard curve.

   The EDTA titration uses xylenol orange as indicator titration and titrates with EDTA standard solution when ph value equals to 5.5. Xylenol orange and zinc ions formed purplish-red complex compound, when close to the end EDTA will seize the Zinc ions in the complex to make the indicator act free state yellow, that is the end. This method calculates the amount of Zn2+ by recording the consumed amount of EDTA solution. 

   This article firstly gives a brief introduction of the laboratory equipment, and illustrates the experimental steps . Then it makes careful derivation and research on the three variables when the trapping agents begin to trap. It includes the amount difference of the trapping agents and the difference of the solution stirring time. It also consists of the trapping effect while the trapping agent is under different pH value.

   Finally,we can draw the following conclusions according to our statistics research: the best dosage for HMCA1 solution to trap the Cu2+ is 25mL, the best stiring time is 25 minutes, and the best pH value is 9; the best dosage for HMCA1 solution to trap the Zn2+ is 15mL,and the best pH value is10.
