摘要:本论文设计的是一台能在煤矿矿井中安全工作的防爆液压绞车,主要分为机械设计和液压设计。在机械设计部分设计中,根据已有额定载荷量和所需工况参数,并应用《机械设计手册(新编软件版)》,完成相关设计计算。在液压设计部分中,主要是根据给定的设计要求和参数,并结合工况,完成相关的设计计算分析。拟定出液压系统工作原理图,并对相关液压元件的参数选择以及整个液压系统的性能进行验算;完成液压系统之后,将液压系统通过CQYZ-M/C1智能化测控液压传动综合试验台验证。各章的主要内容如下:

   第一章绪论,主要是对液压绞车的用途、工作原理和类型作简要介绍,并拟定了设计要求。

   第二章是液压绞车的机械部分的设计,主要是传动方案的设计、钢丝绳的选择、卷筒的设计和制动器的设计与选择。

   第三章是液压绞车的液压部分的设计,主要是运动分析和负载分析等工况分析,拟定液压系统原理图,液压元件的计算与选择,以及液压性能的验算。

   第四章是主轴的设计,因主轴的设计需要转矩和转速,所以主轴的设计在算出转矩(第三章)和转速(第四章)之后再做设计。

   总结是对整个研究工作进行归纳和综合而得出的总结。所得结果与已有结果的比较和本课题尚存在的问题,以及进一步开展研究的见解与建议等。

Abstract:Designed in this paper is one in a coal mine work safety explosion-proof hydraulic winch is divided into the mechanical design and hydraulic design. Part of the design of mechanical design, Mechanical Design Handbook (new software) "has been rated load capacity and the parameters of the required conditions, and application, complete design calculations. Hydraulic design section, according to the given design requirements and parameters, combined with the working conditions, to complete the relevant design calculation and analysis. To prepare a schematic diagram of the hydraulic system, checking and parameter selection of hydraulic components and the entire hydraulic system performance; after completion of the hydraulic system, hydraulic system through CQYZ-M/C1 intelligent measurement and control of hydraulic transmission test bed validation. The main content of each chapter are as follows:

  The first chapter, the use of hydraulic winch, working principle and type a brief introduction, and to develop the design requirements.

  The second chapter is the design of the mechanical parts of the hydraulic winch, drive program design, choice of wire rope, the design of the drum and brake design and selection.

  The third chapter is a hydraulic winch, hydraulic part of the design, motion analysis and load analysis, thermodynamic analysis, the development of the hydraulic system diagram, the calculation and selection of hydraulic components and hydraulic performance of recalculations.

  The fourth chapter is the design of the spindle, torque and speed due to the design of the spindle needs to do design, so the design of the spindle after the calculated torque (Chapter III) and speed (Chapter IV).

  Conclusion is the conclusion of induction and synthesis of the entire research work. The results compare with existing results and topics, there are still problems, as well as further research, insights and suggestions.
