摘要:液压控制系统在组合机床中有着重要作用,对液压控制系统的设计是组合机床设计的重要组成部分。液压控制系统性能的优劣决定了组合机床的总体性能。

   本文在充分利用液压设计手册软件简明、方便的特点的同时,运用机械系统设计的观点和现代设计的优化方法,根据已知条件,以全新的方式:快捷、高效、更加科学优化方法,综合出性能较优的钻孔组合机床动力滑台液压系统。本文对该组合钻床的液压动力滑台系统的设计主要内容如下:

   第一章:钻床的工况分析

   钻床工况分析中,充分利用液压设计手册的快捷方式,和经过实践所得的相关经验公式、数据,简便、迅速的计算出执行元件的速度,负载变化的规律。提高了设计的效率,节约了时间。

   第二章:液压系统方案设计

   按钻床系统的设计要求,分析系统工况,运用现代设计方法中的方案系统优化设计和形态学矩阵,结合传统的设计,综合出一套全新的液压系统设计方法,比以往的设计更快捷、节约时间、更优化。

   第三章:液压缸设计与液压元件的选择

   根据所设计的系统原理图和工况图对液压缸进行设计,对液压系统各参数进行计算并选择液压元件,确定各个回路元件的型号规格,再由液压系统原理图将所选择的液压元件组合成驱动动力滑台的液压控制系统。

   第四章:验算液压系统性能对液压系统进行分析和验算,确保该系统能够准确可靠地完成毕业设计任务书所要求的工作循环。

ABSTRACT:The hydraulic control system plays an important role in the machine tool, hydraulic control system design is an important part of the combination of machine tool design. The pros and cons of the hydraulic control system performance determines the overall performance of the machine tool.

   Characteristics at the same time take full advantage of the hydraulic design manual software simple and convenient to use the view of the mechanical system design and optimization of modern design, according to the known conditions, a whole new way: fast, efficient optimization method is more scientific, comprehensivethe better performance of the drilling machine tool power sliding hydraulic system. This paper, the combination drilling machine, hydraulic power sliding system design of the main contents are as follows:
