摘要:近年来模具行业飞速发展,塑料制品在日常社会生活中得到广泛利用,模具技术己成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平的重要标志之一。国内注塑模在质与量上都有了较快的发展。但是与国外的先进技术相比,我国还是有很大的距离。因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。

   本设计介绍了镍氢电池充电器上壳成型的基本原理,特别是单分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理。论文首先确定了模具的整体设计方案,包括电话机座面板实际测量建模,选取分型面,制作浇注系统、导向和顶出机构、冷却系统等。用UG设计了整个“镍氢电池充电器上壳模具设计”的零件体及完整的装配体,并使用CAD进行二维图纸的编辑。

   通过本课题的设计,可以了解到注塑模具的工作原理、机械结构,掌握相关软件进行注塑模具设计、模具设计的方法与步骤,复习和巩固机械CAD/CAM的方法,从而提高注塑模具设计与机械设计的综合能力。

Abstract:In recent years, the rapid development of mold industry, plastic products in daily social life are widely used, die technology has become the measure of a country's level of manufacturing one of the important symbols. Domestic injection molding in the quality and quantity to have rapidder development. But compared with foreign advanced technology, our country still has a great distance. Therefore, the research injection mold to understand the plastic product the production process and improves the product quality to have the very big significance.

 This article introduces the design of Ni-MH battery charger shell forming principle, especially the single parting surface of injection mould structure and working principle. The paper first identifies the mold the overall design plan, including the telephone seat panel actual measurement modeling, selection of the parting surface, making the gating system, guide and ejection mechanism, cooling system. Using UG to design the whole" Ni-MH battery charger shell mold design" part body and the integrity of the assembly, and the use of CAD2D drawing editor.

   Through the design of this issue, can be aware of the injection mold's principle of work, the mechanical structure, master the related software in injection mold design, mold design methods and steps, review and consolidate the mechanical CAD/CAM method, thus improving the injection mold design and mechanical design of comprehensive ability.
